Fingerprinting
Don’t waste your day traveling to get your fingerprinting service needs met, we come to you or your office. We will our trained fingerprinting technicians, we will come to you with all the necessary equipment and materials (ink & roll), including the fingerprinting cards (FBI FD-258 cards). Getting your fingerprinting handled is simple, make sure to have a picture I.D. for identity verification or a state-issued ID, driver’s license, passport, or military I.D.
After the fingerprints have been processed, we will give you the completed fingerprint cards to take with you and your service is complete.
If any of our fingerprints are ever rejected or returned as not usable, as long as the customer shows valid proof of rejection, we will refund the amount for the cards or redo the fingerprint cards within 30 days free of charge.
Loan Signing
As loan signing agents, our duties are to certify and notarize financial and legal documentation related to loan documents. We work adjacent to the real estate industry and will certify any real estate transactions such as new home loans, reverse mortgages, refinancing, closing contracts, and property transfers.
Mobile Notary
Mobile notary services offer the convenience of having a notary public come to your desired location, whether it’s your home, office, or any other convenient meeting place. Instead of having to travel to a traditional notary’s office, a mobile notary brings their services directly to you. We understand that your schedule may be busy, and traveling to a notary’s office might be inconvenient or even impossible. With a mobile notary, you can set up an appointment at a time and place that works best for you.
